Hello again Reader,

We’re in April, which means summer will be here SOON. But before that, I’m going to have to head off to sea for another six week rotation. I should be going sometime around the eighteenth, so I’ve still plenty of time to write TLC.

Speaking of, I’m on the last chapter of book four! Crazy, I know! So, expect a new chapter, in which whispered myths about the origin of some of the bigger factions of Dead Earth come to light. This weekend and the following week I’ll finish up book four and do the zero draft for 4-1 so that I can get it to you come next Saturday.

Also also!! (By the way, this is my version of P.S in my journals. The amount of ‘also’s’ enumerates the order or emphasizes excitement), the surprise! Yeah, that one I’ve been on about since many moons ago. THAT surprise might be coming to ya relatively soon.

My Thinks

I’ve been thinking and pondering things lately. One of which is outreach. Now I know that you guys, you dedicated few when I dare peek at my statistics, come and read my stuff when I post, and honestly, that is more than I could ever ask for. To know that someone is actually reading and, moreover, coming back to my web-novel’s first draft to see what happens fills me with joy. Know that I am grateful. (Yes yes, you’ve said this a million times).

But regarding outreach, my work has been lackluster. I’ve been scheming that once all of my school stuff (thesis only now), is out of the way, I might bite the bullet and go on, *hold barf* social media… The channel is still up for debate. Patreon has come to mind and so has YouTube. Yours truly actually made silly videos as a kid, (since scrubbed off the internet), and something about that world has always been enticing. Whichever I might choose, my plan is to get this story out there so that more people could enjoy it.

Little Update

Regarding my first Sci-fi novel I’ve mentioned, I’ve yet to find an agent. Self-publishing is really looking good round about now. But I ain’t giving up! And neither should you in whatever dream your chasing.

Also, we’ve finally finished watching the Ocean Cut of Naruto! So my lovely girlfriend has officially taken her first BIG plunge into the world of anime. She’s already hankering for the next show, and I’m deliberating between FMAB, (Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood), Attack on Titan, and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.

I think she’ll enjoy whichever I choose.

Christmas Is Coming, And I'm Leaving (Home)

Just yesterday was the first of the month, and now you’re telling me that we’re already two weeks in, chestnuts roasting on an open fire and all. Impossible. Compared to the November marathon this has been a speedrun. In just one more week I’ll be moving back up north! I can’t quite process the fact that in just seven days I’ll be sitting in the car with my dad with a trailer filled with my things, driving up eight hours back to my hometown. I’ve lived here for three and a half years, give or take, and though I’ve been eagerly waiting for the move, it just doesn’t feel real now that it’s so close. I only have one more week here in this 20 square meter cell with the loft I sleep in. One more week of solitude. One more week of the life I built here, then, never again. Consistency

I must admit that from all the twelve months in the year, the tenth is one of my favorites. The air is perfectly crisp and cool, the wind in the trees is loud and biting, and the leaves begin their fiery withering before gently tumbling to the ground. That, and it’s dark, and people tend to go out less late in the evening, leaving the parks and city streets bare, wet, and cold. Leaving it all to me. Also, if you’ve noticed, Chapter three is out! It might take some time before chapter four is ready, seeing as I have simulation training starting next week, (Long days from eight to four), so I won’t have much time between thesis work and all the things I need to do (gym etc.).
